Watch with your kids!
Watched this documentary with my 10 year old step-daughter and it was the perfect entryway into a deep ongoing conversation around body-issues, bullying, peer pressure and more. It also made me reconsider how I talked about my own weight concerns and how that may be affecting both of us in a negative way. This is very powerful film with some incredible perspectives from all ages/genders etc.
